ARCHITECTURE
In the field of architecture, our team stands out in the development of projects in the socio-welfare field, rehabilitation and monumental restoration, urban planning and urbanization, adequacy of monumental environments and historical complexes, residential architecture -single-family houses and dwelling buildings-, official protection housing and public or private work of the commercial, hotel, educational and cultural sector. We work with criteria for the incorporation of strategies for development in bioclimatic architecture and sustainability, with studies in the field of saving and the development of energy plans.

The Integral BIM Consulting services allow us to approach, in a coordinated or independent way, the works in architecture, engineering of installations and energy, structure calculation and civil works, as well as the development of technical support for the management of investment plans in both public and private sectors, all developed with the most innovative application of BIM technology. In all our proposals, contests, projects and works, one of our main concerns and objectives are to give meaning to the bioclimatic design and the sustainability of the means used, as well as the energy eco-efficiency of the solutions proposed, accredited through regulated processes. Other important strategic bets are continuous technological innovation in the field of construction, the implementation of quality systems and the opening to new fields of activity, these always being tools aimed at satisfying the real needs of the customers.

We are Structural Engineers specialized in Building and Civil Works Structures, in all kind of structural typologies. Members of ACE (Association of Structural Consultants), with decades of experience in the field of Calculation, Management and Execution Control of Structural Works of all kinds and dimensions.

ENERGY / SUSTAINABILITY
We integrate Sustainability, Energy saving and Bioclimatic design into all our designs and projects from the beginning of the preliminary project to its final execution. We develop Sustainability and Energy Efficiency studies integrated in the entire Building process from its beginning to its end, with experience in PassiveHaus and NearZeroEnergy Designs. We develop a life cycle analysis parallel to climate design, in order to improve the environmental performance of our project strategies.
BUILDING ENGINEERING INSTALLATIONS
We have an extensive team of professionals in the field of Industrial Engineering of Building Installations, solving in an integral way all the installations project that require such specialists, in accordance with the Sustainable Design, Energy Efficiency and the Bioclimatic approach of the project.
